Business jets fill void left by capacity cuts

As commercial airlines cut capacity and trim service to smaller airports, some business customers are choosing to take private planes instead. Options for private planes include full ownership, fractional ownership, air charters or very light jets. However, the rapid rise of fuel costs is affecting the private jet market as well. For example, some companies report a decline in "discretionary" trip reservations.
