Scientists gather to exchange ideas on future lunar exploration

Hundreds of scientists and engineers gathered at the NASA Lunar Science Conference to discuss proposals for new tools that will study the moon's structure. They also planned robotic missions to the moon which will lay the groundwork for future manned missions to the moon and to Mars.
