Better time management: Got 18 minutes?

Better time management takes as little as 18 minutes a day, writes Peter Bregman, all it takes is a little discipline. The breakdown: spend five minutes planning goals for the day; one minute every hour to reevaluate; and five minutes at day's end to review. "Managing our time needs to become a ritual," he writes.
