Russia considers limiting size of food retailers

A draft law in Russia would prevent food retailers with more than 1 billion roubles in annual sales from buying or leasing additional retail space. Igor Artemyev, head of Russia's Anti-Monopoly Service, said the limits on retail growth are aimed at the country's leading food retailer, X5.
