Are "social magazines" good for marketers?

Social-media watchers are flipping out over Flipboard, an iPad app that aggregates users' social-media streams into an attractive, magazine-style package. That's good news for marketers, writes Kipp Bodnar, because it increases the signal-to-noise ratio and brings visuals back into the social-marketing mix. "Marketers will need to shift focus and make it easy for content to be included in social magazines," Bodnar writes.
