Business, environmental groups oppose ethanol increase

Some business groups and environmental organizations have formed a coalition that formally opposes increasing ethanol in gasoline from 10% to 15%. Opponents say the increased ethanol can damage small engines, and they have concerns about increased costs. A decision could be made on the increased fuel blend in September or sooner, according to a spokeswoman for the coalition.
