Feinberg scrutinizes bankers' bonuses

Kenneth Feinberg, special master for executive compensation for the Obama administration, is poised to release a report scrutinizing compensation, particularly bonuses, at troubled banks during the height of the financial crisis. Feinberg's report is expected to name more than a dozen financial firms that received government aid and made questionable payouts, sources said.
