Massachusetts health care rules hurt small businesses, paper says

High health insurance costs are preventing small-business growth in Massachusetts, according to The Sun. State regulations that don't allow small businesses to band together as a group to buy insurance hurt businesses and their workers and hinder growth, the paper states. "We challenge the state's gubernatorial candidates to come up with a plan that will allow small businesses to offer employees the same kind of insurance, at the same prices, as is provided by both the public sector and large corporations," the paper states.
