Report: Facebook is less popular than the IRS

A recent study finds that Facebook's customer-satisfaction ratings are lower even than those of the Internal Revenue Service, putting it in the bottom 5% of all U.S. companies. Marketers are also growing uncomfortable with some aspects of the network, reports MarketingVOX, with some pointing to diminishing message control and recent site revamps that risk confusing brands' fans.
