Rigger acquitted of manslaughter in NYC crane collapse

The crane rigger charged with manslaughter in the 2008 collapse of a crane in New York City that killed seven has been acquitted. William Rapetti was the only person under criminal charges in the collapse and could have faced up to 15 years in prison. His company, Rapetti Rigging Services, was also acquitted of charges.
