Hot sales are on tap for holiday season, report predicts

A new report from direct marketing agency Epsilon predicts a strong holiday shopping season. The report says that early-season marketing across channels should improve sales later this year as consumers shift into gift buying. Last year, online sales hit their peak around Black Friday and Cyber Monday, while brick-and-mortar retailers saw top sales the week before Christmas.
