Are workers underestimating their job prospects?

A Monster survey suggests that employees are underestimating demand for their skills, John Zappe writes. Many workers mistakenly believe that the job market hasn't grown in the past year. "[A]s personal dissatisfaction creeps up the frustration scale, and worker confidence in finding work grows, those with skills in demand, those with the best talents, will convert into active seekers," Zappe writes.
