Corporate America is split over tax reform

U.S. companies are divided over proposals in Congress to limit the offshore parking of profits to avoid taxes. Some, such as Microsoft, depend heavily on the practice and defend it as a means to boost investment. Others, however, are willing to accept restrictions in return for lower corporate tax rates.
