Minn. mall slated to get $230M makeover

Rouse Properties will invest about $230 million over the next two years to renovate Knollwood Mall in St. Louis Park, Minn. The plans call for removing a portion of the mall and replacing it with about five junior-box retailers. The mall is anchored by stores including Cub Foods, Kohl's and Old Navy.
