H.J. Heinz has a long history in western Pennsylvania, but there is concern that the company will move now that it has been acquired by Berkshire Hathaway and Brazil's 3G Capital. "Business roots are important, and I would find it hard to believe that they'd totally disconnect from town," said Quentin Skrabec, author of "H.J. Heinz: A Biography." "But Heinz is an international company now. I don't know any good business reason to be centered in Pittsburgh."
