Study assesses CT perfusion's capability in detecting myocardial ischemia

A study presented at an imaging meeting compared regadenoson stress CT perfusion and regadenoson SPECT in detecting myocardial ischemia. Results showed that stress CT perfusion agreed with SPECT results in detecting myocardial ischemia 87% of the time as well as in identifying myocardial defects 86% of the time.
