Survey finds veterans misinformed on Medicare

Many military veterans misunderstand existing health care services and aren't aware how changes in health care policy will affect them, according to a survey by Medicare consultancy 65 Inc. About three-fourths of veterans don't know that failing to enroll in Medicare Part B at age 65 triggers penalties and fees, the ongoing study has found.
