Mo. school district requests student's social media records as part of lawsuit

Parents of a teenager in Missouri who took his own life now are suing the school district, saying it did not do enough to protect their child from bullying. In response, the district's attorneys are requesting to see all social media communications, videos and other electronic communications the high-school student saved before his death. However, attorneys for the parents called the request "a fishing expedition."
