Superintendent reviews lead reading teacher program

Mike Moses, superintendent of the Dallas school district, announced that he will reorganize the district's reading language arts department in response to third graders' poor scores on the state's Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills test. Thirty-two trainers, all of whom were forced to re-apply for their jobs, were part of the lead reading teacher program.
