Colorado town hopes new highway will lead to gambling revenue

Central City, Colo., residents hope a new 8.5-mile, four-lane highway will attract more gambling tourists to the town's casinos. The $38.3 million bypass will decrease the drive time from Denver by 20 minutes, but city officials hope it will generate hundreds of millions more dollars in gambling revenue and entice tourists from cross-town rival Black Hawk's 21 casinos.
