Computer glitch gives Medica members free generics

Thousands of retirees in Minnesota recently received free generic drugs because of a computer bug. The problem, which prompted pharmacists to believe health insurer Medica would pay for some generic drugs, cost the company about $68,000 in prescriptions, but company officials say no one will be asked to pay for the previously free prescriptions.
