Judge orders Frito-Lay to remove Chicago billboard

A federal judge issued an emergency temporary restraining order, forcing Frito-Lay to take down a billboard in downtown Chicago that claims Chicagoans prefer Lay's potato chips over rival Jays. The judge said the taste test cited didn't necessarily involve Chicago residents and Jays alleges its chips used in the test were purposely crumbled. A Frito-Lay attorney maintained the advertising was truthful.
