Cafeteria vendors roll out junk food alternatives

As the U.S. Department of Agriculture prepares to raise standards for food served in schools, school cafeteria vendors are rolling out healthier versions of lunchroom favorites. But a recent Associated Press review found menu changes have done little to alter U.S. children's poor eating habits.
