Columbus considers scrap metal crackdown

The city of Columbus, Ohio, was to vote Monday on new regulation to better regulate the scrap metal industry. Scrap metal processors currently need only a junkyard license, and officials can later be prevented from searching the source of the metal to crack down on scrap metal theft.
