Once in decline, teen sex rates level off

A new analysis of a federal survey finds that a long decline in teen sexual activity plateaued starting in 2001. The years between 1991 and 2001 saw significant declines in the percentage of teenagers who reported ever having sex, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
