Restaurateurs reliving their Dairy Queen days

Young chefs across the U.S. are invoking childhood memories of Dairy Queen summers and afternoons chasing the ice-cream truck, bringing soft-serve into their restaurants -- but with a twist. Popping up are chocolate black soybean soft-serve and saffron, bourbon, jalapeño and other trendy flavors, and sales are growing.
