Some CE stores thrive with customer service

A primary reason why retailers that specialize in consumer electronics -- most notably Best Buy -- are thriving despite the economic downturn is that they emphasize customer service, according to retail analysts. Other chains that compete in the space -- such as Target, Wal-Mart and Circuit City -- have developed a less-than-stellar reputation for customer service and are, in many cases, suffering because of it.
