Billboard gets social with revamped site

Billboard's relaunched Web site gives users access to all of its past charts, as well as social-media tools to list their favorite songs to be used on user-generated charts and to connect with friends, music aficionados and artists. The site, via a partnership with Lala, also is selling tracks for 89 cents to $1.10 each.
