Chicago developers scale back skyscraper plan to attract financing

Developers of a Chicago skyscraper have reduced the number of condominiums in the building as part of an effort to attract financing for construction. The tallest building in the three-building Lincoln Park 2520 complex would now have 33 stories, which is reduced from the previous plan for 41 stores. The number of condos would be reduced to 198 from 292.
