ExxonMobil, Saudi Basic Industries seek bids for petrochemical project

ExxonMobil Chemical and Saudi Basic Industries are working to generate bids for a multibillion-dollar synthetic-rubber joint venture at plants in Yanbu and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The project would have a combined capacity of 400,000 metric tons per year of carbon black, rubber and specialty polymers for international and domestic sale.
