McDonald's gets a sales jolt from McCafe

McDonald's announced sales growth of 3.5% in the U.S. and 4.8% globally, fueled by its new McCafe line of premium coffee drinks. The company also introduced the Angus burger and continues to focus on favorites such as the Big Mac, spurring growth at a time when total restaurant traffic is dropping.
