Mintel: Store brands are "hotbeds of creativity"

Private-label brands are no longer merely copying national brands, according to Mintel GNPD. Instead, they are "establishing themselves as trend leaders" and grabbing market share from quickservice restaurants through product launches such as high-quality frozen meals and portable lunches.
