Boeing 747-8 conspicuously missing from Farnborough

While Boeing's new 787 Dreamliner was the star of the Farnborough International Airshow in England this week, the company's massive 747-8 was conspicuously missing. The aircraft is a year behind schedule and has hit snags since its first test flight on Feb. 8. Boeing said it didn't want to split attention between its two new planes, and officials promised that the 747-8 would make an appearance at next year's sister show in Paris.
