Eurozone's interbank market might need a lot of time to recover

Even if financial markets see Europe's stress tests as reassuring, it's unlikely the eurozone's interbank-lending market will improve quickly, economists and interest-rate strategists said. Greece, Portugal and Spain are essentially locked out of the regular interbank market, and borrowing costs have been increasing for banks in other countries.
