UGI strikes $49M deal to sell off propane terminal

UGI Energy Services, a subsidiary of UGI, will sell off its Chesapeake, Va., propane-import terminal for $49 million. The Atlantic Energy facility will be bought by DCP Midstream Partners. UGI's chairman called the site "a high-quality asset with a consistent earnings history" that has lost strategic usefulness.
