Corzine, 2 others want lawsuit against them thrown out

Former MF Global executives Jon Corzine, Henri Steenkamp and Bradley Abelow have asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York to toss out the lawsuit that accuses them of causing the failed brokerage's demise. The litigation in question was filed by MF Global trustee Louis Freeh. Corzine and the other executives contend that they are protected from such suits by the business-judgment rule.
