Grab-and-go model aims to expand breakfast service

The Napolean school district in Michigan will use $14,700 it is receiving from "Building Healthy Communities: First Fuel Breakfast Challenge Grants" to provide grab-and-go breakfast options at four schools. Officials say they plan to offer fruit, yogurt, whole-grain bagels and other healthy items before school begins and allow students to eat breakfast in the cafeteria or take the food to their first class.
