India plans Mars liftoff, satellite launches

The Indian Space Research Organization later this year will launch a robot to study Mars, part of a year-long push that will greatly expand India's role in space exploration. With missions planned for launching weather satellites and testing rockets, India may have a dozen liftoffs before year's end.
