Innovation fraudsters are everywhere

Too many people and companies consider themselves innovative but are simply faking it, writes Carrie Nauyalis. Firms talk the talk when it comes to innovation, but fail to measure and document their actual creative successes. "For something to be measurable, you have to have metrics in place and then use. The proof on whether or not you're faking it will be in the numbers," Nauyalis writes.
