Jury awards condo association $5.05 million in lawsuit

The Belgravia Condominium Association in Philadelphia has been awarded $5.05 million after suing the building's developers and engineers, alleging structural issues and disclosure violations. After the association took over the building from developers in 2008, it found a damaged facade, peeling paint and safety issues including exposed wires in concrete retaining walls.
