Line reaches 200 million with aggressive sticker plan in hand

Mobile messaging application Line has added 50 million new users since May, raising its total to 200 million worldwide, according to the company. Southeast Asia, Latin America and India have been crucial to the company's recent expansion. Now, the company is looking to boost its revenue and business models. "Line says it will aggressively expand the number of local sticker sets and businesses using the service in markets worldwide as it seeks more revenue," Jon Russell writes.
