More Ohio schools qualify for universal, free meal service

Beginning in August, nine Ohio schools will begin providing universal, free lunch to students who want the meals -- regardless of their family's income. Already, the schools have been serving free breakfasts, but they now qualify for universal lunch service under the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National School Lunch Program.
