Nutrition counseling helps weight-loss success, experts say

A Tufts University study of a weight-loss plan implemented at two companies found employees who had weekly sessions with nutritionists lost weight and kept it off while those who did not get counseling gained weight. Study co-author Sai Das said it was important that counseling was built into the workday to make it easier for employees to attend.
