Pa. businesses host students for career exploration

Companies, such as GE Power and Water and Bentley Systems, hosted students from the Downingtown STEM Academy in Pennsylvania as part of a summer exploration program. "It is designed to get them (students) ready for the workforce and identify interests before they apply to colleges," internship and partnership leader Susan Boardman said. "My whole goal is to build this program to basically develop relationships with the business community that align with our pathways," Boardman added.
