Swaps signal Fed stimulus withdrawal won't trigger big volatility

Derivatives-market pricing suggests that when the Federal Reserve starts scaling back bond buying, the move is unlikely to produce significant bond-market volatility. On July 5, three-month implied volatility on 10-year interest-rate swaps declined to 89.4 basis points, a one-month low.
