Users are posting a variety of unfavorable reviews of Microsoft's Office Mobile 365 application for the iPhone, Dan Worth writes, and Microsoft says it takes the negative feedback seriously. Microsoft's Clint Patterson responded, "We see three primary complaints surfacing in the 1 and 2 star reviews, in order of frequency: 1) Office 365 subscription required; 2) no iPad version; 3) want more features. The first is a result of our commitment to deliver value to Office 365 subscribers, and the second isn’t a criticism of the app itself. The third set of reviews, however, are a rich source of customer feedback that we're looking at closely to inform what our next update should include."
