Opinion: Move affordable housing to the suburbs in Twin Cities

The suburbs are where most entry-level jobs are located in the Twin Cities, but most affordable housing is in the inner city. The solution is not to transport workers to the suburbs, but to place housing in the higher-opportunity areas, writes Will Stancil, researcher for the Institute on Metropolitan Opportunity at the University of Minnesota.
