Study: Mobile users engage more with brands on social media

A Forrester Research study reveals that 49% of tablet users and 46% of smartphone users engage with at least one company-generated social media post each week, compared with just 37% of PC users. This is despite the finding that more Americans log into social media via desktops than mobile devices. Facebook was the social site mobile users visited the most at 25 minutes on average per day, followed by Pinterest at 22 minutes and YouTube at 12 minutes.
