Business interruption coverage harder to get near Florida coast

Businesses in coastal areas of Florida are finding it increasingly hard to renew their business interruption insurance as insurers hurt by the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons pull back on coverage. Most private companies won't offer business interruption coverage in the highest risk area within two miles of the coast, and the state's last-resort company, Citizens Property Insurance, doesn't offer the coverage.
