International body to release how-to manual on climate disasters

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is preparing a manual to advise governments on how to respond to natural disasters and other extreme weather events as an effort to adapt to the reality of climactic climate change. The report, which will be released in 2011, will include instructions on dealing with extreme weather and 25 case studies from nations forced to respond to the effects of global climate change.
